In 1976, we started the studies on biodegradation and bioaccumulation, required for the registration of new chemicals, at Gakushuin Institute of Ecotoxicology, the origin of our company. During that time, we had been confirmed 5 times as a GLP-compliant facility. In 2001, it succeeded to the current facility, Institute of Ecotoxicology Co., Ltd., and achieved the first GLP confirmation. Since then, we have reached the seventh (12th in total) GLP confirmation in 2019. We have recently expanded the test items to meet a wide range of requests. Based on experiences and findings accumulated over 40 years, we provide the highest quality of services as ever.
