A solution or suspension of the test substance is incubated with inoculum to evaluate the degradability of the test substance. This test plays an important role as the first test in conducting subsequent safety tests. The degradability of chemical substances is predicted in advance, and the subsequent schedule will be discussed.
Guidelines to be applied: OECD TG 301C, 302C, 301D (closed bottle method), and 301F

The accumulation of test substances in fish will be predicted based on our accumulated data as well as the results using analysis software. A preliminary test, which will be conducted prior to the test, is also important for predicting accumulation. Based on these predicted results, the subsequent schedule will be discussed.
Guidelines to be applied: OECD TG 305(water exposure method and feed administration method)

This test measures the solubility ratio of test substance between 1-octanol and water using reverse phase HPLC. The result correlates with the accumulation of the test substance in fish.
Guidelines to be applied: OECD TG 117 (HPLC method)
Flask method, and column elution method
If new chemicals are polymers, evaluation through polymer flow scheme may be possible to confirm whether the polymer is deemed to be low concern. We support the preparation of documents for confirmation.
We can provide a variety of services for the registration and application of new chemical substances under CSCL. Total support will be provided, including the preparation of application documents, and correspondence for inquiries received from the authority.
Please contact us for ecotoxicity test and general toxicity test. We also support translation of various reports.
